If you are not fully satisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please note that shipping charges for delivery or return are non-refundable, as these are direct costs. This policy does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty or defective goods.

Returns for custom-made items are not accepted, although we will make every effort to resolve any issues related to these products.

In cases where E Land Group is not responsible for the return or exchange, we reserve the right to apply standard shipping charges to reship merchandise and/or a 10% restocking fee on returned items.

To process a return, please include:

• The merchandise

• A brief note indicating the reason for the return and the desired resolution

• If possible, a copy of your packing slip; otherwise, provide your order number, order date, and customer number (if known) along with your contact information
